Norway and England will square off in one of the most anticipated quarterfinal clashes of the 2026 World Cup. Stale Solbakken's group got here by beating Ivory Coast in the round of 32 and then stunning five-time champions Brazil 2-1 in the round of 16 with Erling Haaland cementing his Norwegian legacy already.

Their knockout run included a 2-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the round of 32, followed by a shocking 2-1 win against Brazil thanks to a brace scored by Erling Haaland.
