    Huzzie was waived by the Texans on Thursday. Huzzie was activated from the reserve/non-football injury list Wednesday after missing the team's first eight games of the season while recovering from a knee injury. The Texans viewed him as more of a practice-squad option, and if he clears waivers, that's where he'll likely end up, per Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle.
