Where to watch Shedeur Sanders as Browns QB makes his first career NFL start vs. Raiders in Las Vegas
This will be one of the most closely watched matchups of two 2-8 teams

The 2-8 Cleveland Browns are traveling to Sin City to take on the 2-8 Las Vegas Raiders in a game that will likely have significance in the 2026 draft order.
The Browns are coming off a 23-16 divisional game loss against the Baltimore Ravens. In the loss, they also lost their starting quarterback Dillon Gabriel, who went down with a concussion. Rookie QB Shadeur Sanders made his highly anticipated NFL debut and overall struggled in the defeat. Sanders took first-team reps this week and will have another chance to show his potential on Sunday, as he was officially named the starter on Wednesday.
Cleveland is currently on a three-game losing streak and of their opponents remaining this season, Las Vegas is one they have a better chance of beating.
The Raiders haven't fared well this season either. They are coming off a 33-16 loss to the Dallas Cowboys and are currently on a four-game losing streak of their own.
This week, the Raiders activated Aidan O'Connell, who fractured his wrist during the preseason, from injured reserve. O'Connell was set to serve as the backup to Geno Smith, who has had a down year after a revitalized 2024 season.
Here's a look at how to watch the game live, along with betting odds and a prediction for the game.

Browns vs. Raiders: Need to know
- All eyes on Shedeur Sanders debut. Sanders will be making his first career NFL start in place of fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel, who is progressing through concussion protocol after being injured last week against the Ravens. Sanders certainly brings an air of excitement and while he has his doubters, many fans have been waiting to see him on the field. In last week's game, Sanders completed just 25% of his passes for 47 yards. While some take that sample as proof of why the team went this long without playing him, Sanders believers argue that without practicing with the first team and on an offense with many issues outside of the quarterback spot, he was bound to have problems. Sanders will be the 42nd quarterback to start for the Browns since 1999.
- Raiders run game vs. Browns defense. I will be interested to see how the Raiders run game, tied for second-to-last in rushing yards (814), does against a solid Browns defense led by Myles Garrett. The Raiders rushing offense is tied for 30th at 81.4 yards per game. Cleveland is only allowing 273.5 total yards per game, second-best in the league. The Browns have allowed the fewest total passing yards (1,670) and have 14 total takeaways, including nine interceptions and four fumbles. The Raiders will also need to work on protecting their quarterback against a Browns defense that has totaled 32 sacks this year.
- Browns vs. Raiders history. In the last decade, the Raiders have had the Browns number. The Raiders have won five straight games against the Browns, going back to September of 2015. The Raiders are 16-10 all-time against the Browns in the regular season.
Browns vs. Raiders prediction, pick
This week I'll take the risk and say Sanders can make something happen on offense and the Browns will come out on top. I'm taking the underdog this week since both teams have so many issues to address. Pick: Browns +3.5; Under 36.5
