Former Packers wide receiver Jarrett Boykin is set to visit the Panthers, per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

Boykin, 25, had a career-year in 2013 with 49 receptions for 681 yards and three touchdowns. Although he played in 13 games last season, he was only targeted 12 times, catching three passes for 23 yards.
