Both teams have struggled offensively, which is a big factor in why this is one of the lower totals of the season. It starts with quarterback concerns for both teams, but these sides also lack many game-breaking skill players to help them. Running back Ashton Jeanty was supposed to be just that for Las Vegas, but has averaged just 3.7 yards per carry this season. Quinshon Judkins has been a bit more effective for Cleveland, but only one player for either side -- Raiders receiver Tre Tucker (502 yards) -- has more than 500 receiving yards on the season.
These teams, however, both have a game-wrecker coming off the edge. Cleveland's Myles Garrett leads the NFL with 15 sacks, while Maxx Crosby of the Raiders has six sacks and ranks third in the NFL in tackles for loss with 14. How these offensive lines contain those players could be an x-factor in who wins what is expected to be a low-scoring battle.
