Quarterback Jordan Palmer and veteran punter Brian Moorman are the two most significant cuts announced by the Bills on Friday.
Palmer was let go three days after his signing. He had been cut by Chicago on Tuesday. He has only played in five regular season games in five years. Moorman has been booting for the Bills as the No. 1 punter 2001, aside from one season with Dallas.
The other cuts are linebacker Xavius Boyd, defensive tackle Landon Cohen, tight end Dominique Jones, cornerbacks Kamaal McIlwain and Sam Miller, fullback Evan Rodriguez, wide receiver Naaman Roosevelt and center Jared Wheeler.
