CB Mike Jenkins has not participated in the Cowboys’ offseason conditioning program, instead choosing to rehab his shoulder injury, which required arthroscopic surgery after the season in Florida. In town or not, Jenkins is not expected to participate in the four weeks of OTA practices over the next month but should be ready for the start of training camp in late July.
