The Raiders' initial depth chart lists receiver James Jones on the second team, behind starters Rod Streater and Andre Holmes. Greg Little joins Jones on the second team.
Denarius Moore and Juron Criner are the third-string wideouts.
Jones had a career-high 817 receiving yards last year with the Packers. He's caught 24 touchdown passes over the past three seasons.
