The Jaguars on Tuesday signed rookie LB Joshua Jones, waiving rookie RB Joe Banyard. Jones (6-1, 234), who had 17 tackles for loss and four sacks for Elon last season, participated in the team’s rookie minicamp recently on a workout basis. Banyard has signed with the team as a rookie free agent after the draft.
