Free agent FB Owen Schmitt (Eagles) signed Tuesday with the Raiders, the team announced. Schmitt played his first two seasons with Seattle and the past two with Philadelphia. He's appeared in 51 games with 12 starts. Starting FB Marcel Reece has yet to sign his exclusive rights tender and isn't participating in the offseason program.
