Sunday NFL betting preview

The Indianapolis Colts may be the least respected 8-2 team in NFL history, but a win over the defending AFC Champion Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium will force football fans around the country to alter their thinking. The Colts are one of three teams in the AFC with only two losses, and the Chiefs are 5-5 entering Sunday. The Chiefs are 3.5-point favorites in the latest Week 12 NFL odds at FanDuel, with an over/under set at 49.5 points for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff. The Colts have the rest advantage coming off their bye, while the Chiefs have dropped two straight games.

In the later window, a Raiders vs. Browns matchup would be a hard pass for many NFL fans looking to find their next game of the day. However, with Shedeur Sanders making his first NFL start for the Browns, that will give many enough of a reason to tune in. The son of Hall of Famer Deion Sanders is a social media staple, and many have strong opinions either way about him and his family. But Sanders has a lot to prove after falling to the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft. The Browns are 3.5-point underdogs on the road against the Raiders in a matchup of two 2-8 teams scheduled to kick off at 4:05 p.m. ET.

The Eagles and Cowboys renew their NFC East rivalry at 4:25 p.m. ET. Despite the Eagles continuing their winning ways, entering at 8-2 atop the division and on a four-game winning streak, there always seems to be turmoil in Philadelphia. There was rumored frustration among Eagles' players with Jalen Hurts' play, yet the Eagles continue to make enough plays to win. The Eagles are 3.5-point favorites on the road against the Cowboys, who have the No. 2 scoring offense in the NFL at 29.6 ppg. Philadelphia has a top-10 scoring defense, though, allowing 20.1 ppg, which ranks eighth in the league. Sign up for FanDuel Sportsbook here:
