Although the Detroit Lions were the underdogs at kickoff, they've since taken control of the game. After one quarter neither team has the game in the bag, but Detroit leads 3 to nothing over the Denver Broncos.
Nobody has stood out from the pack for Detroit offensively yet, with WR Kenny Golladay being one of several leaders. He has caught two passes for 41 yards.
The Lions' lead doesn't mean much since they have only won 14% games in which they are up at the end of the first quarter. We'll see how things play out.
