OC Pete Carmichael has taken note of WR Joe Morgan’s speed at OTAs. Morgan stood out last preseason with several big plays and appeared on his way to making the 53-man roster before an injury put him on IR. Morgan can earn a roster spot in 2012 with another stellar offseason.
