Lakers' Collin Sexton: Signing with Los Angeles
Sexton agreed to a two-year, $19 million contract with the Lakers on Wednesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
LeBron James is leaving Los Angeles, and the Lakers are retooling via free agency. After re-signing Austin Reaves to a massive extension, the Lakers have signed Sexton, Quentin Grimes and Sandro Mamukelashvili, while pulling off a sign-and-trade for Walker Kessler. As things stand, Sexton appears set for a backup role behind Luka Doncic and Reaves in 2026-27.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Posts 19 points in finale
Sexton had 19 points (8-16 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal across 28 minutes during Sunday's 149-128 loss to Dallas.
Sexton played well in the final game, but it might be the last time we see Sexton in a Bulls uniform. Sexton is an unrestricted free agent and can shop around for a contract with another club. Given a depth chart that's deep at the guard position, the Bulls may not be compelled to give him a better offer.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Available Sunday
Sexton (finger/elbow) is available for Sunday's game against the Mavericks.
Sexton popped up on the injury report with a right finger injury and a left elbow contusion, though he'll shake off his probable tag and suit up in Chicago's regular-season finale. The 26-year-old guard has started four straight games for the shorthanded Bulls, during which he has averaged 18.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.3 steals in 30.5 minutes per game.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Likely to play versus Dallas
Sexton (finger, elbow) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against Dallas.
Although the Bulls aren't going to the postseason, Sexton is expected to suit up for Chicago's final contest of the 2025-26 campaign. He is coming off a 12-point effort in Friday's 127-103 loss to Orlando. However, Sexton has an excellent chance to turn it around against one of the worst teams in the NBA.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Available versus Orlando
Sexton (finger) is listed as available for Friday's game against Orlando.
Sexton was in danger of missing this contest, but he is officially cleared to suit up. The 27-year-old is coming off one of his best performances of the 2025-26 campaign, finishing with 27 points, three rebounds, two assists and three steals across 34 minutes in Thursday's 119-108 win over Washington.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Likely available Friday
Sexton (finger) is probable for Friday's game against the Magic.
Sexton racked up 27 points (12-21 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and three steals in 34 minutes during Thursday's 119-108 victory over Washington and will likely be available for the second half of Chicago's back-to-back set. With Josh Giddey (hamstring) still sidelined, Sexton should continue to start and see elevated usage.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Available Thursday
Sexton (finger) is available for Thursday's game against the Wizards.
Sexton is expectedly shedding a probable designation Thursday with a right finger injury. The veteran guard is playing at a high level, averaging 19.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.8 steals in 27.6 minutes per contest over his last nine games.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Drops 27 points in win
Sexton racked up 27 points (12-21 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and three steals in 34 minutes during Thursday's 119-108 victory over Washington.
Sexton was one of three Chicago starters to finish with 20-plus points, as Tre Jones led the way with 31 points while Leonard Miller chipped in 26 points. This marks the first time Sexton has reached the 20-point threshold since March 30, and he looked much more comfortable on the offensive end after hitting on 37.2 percent of his tries from the field in his previous three matchups leading up to Thursday.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Probable for Thursday
Sexton is probable for Thursday's game against the Wizards due to a right finger injury.
The probable tag suggests Sexton will suit up Thursday despite not being 100 percent healthy. He's averaging 18.8 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game over his last 10 appearances, and Thursday's matchup looks like a favorable one on paper against a lackluster Washington team.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Available to play
Sexton (finger) is available for Tuesday's game versus the Wizards.
Josh Giddey (hamstring) is out, so Sexton should see quality minutes against the Wizards. Over his past six games, Sexton has averaged 20.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 3.3 triples and 1.3 steals per contest.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Scores 15 points with four swipes
Sexton recorded 15 points (5-16 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), nine rebounds, seven assists and four steals over 30 minutes during Tuesday's 129-98 victory over the Wizards.
Sexton ripped away two steals within his first five minutes of play, and he finished with a season-high four swipes in the blowout win. He'll have another chance to take advantage of the Wizards' lackadaisical play in a rematch with Washington on Thursday.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Probable for Tuesday
Sexton (finger) is listed as probable for Tuesday's game against Washington.
Sexton logged 31 minutes in Sunday's 120-110 loss to Phoenix, finishing with 18 points, nine rebounds, one assist and three steals. Assuming the 27-year-old can suit up, he could be more productive than usual against one of the worst defensive squads in the league, especially with teammates Josh Giddey (hamstring) and Matas Buzelis (illness) already ruled out.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Getting green light Sunday
Sexton (finger) will play Sunday against Phoenix, Will Gottlieb of AllCHGO.com reports.
Sexton will be able to fight through a minor finger injury to suit for Sunday's tilt. He's been playing at a high level on the offensive end lately, averaging 21.0 points while converting at a clip of 52.2 percent from the field in his previous five appearances. With Josh Giddey (hamstring) sidelined, Sexton will slide back into the starting lineup and should retain increased usage.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Probable for Sunday
Sexton is probable to play Sunday against the Suns due to a right finger injury.
Sexton is dealing with a minor injury to a finger on his shooting hand, but it's not expected to keep him out of Sunday's game. Josh Giddey (hamstring) is questionable to play, and if he gets ruled out, that would open up minutes and a potential starting role for Sexton.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Scores 19 points in blowout loss
Sexton registered 19 points (6-12 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one steal across 28 minutes during Friday's 136-96 loss to New York.
Sexton returned to the bench with Josh Giddey (hamstring) back in the starting lineup, but he produced another strong showing as a scoring weapon for a Bulls team that's already out of playoff contention. Sexton has scored 15-plus points in seven consecutive games and is clearly ending the season on a strong note, showing he remains a very viable option ahead of hitting the open market in the summer.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Won't start Friday
Sexton won't start Friday's game against the Knicks.
Sexton got the start in Wednesday's 145-126 loss to the Pacers. However, with Josh Giddey (hamstring) back from a one-game absence, Sexton will head back to the bench. With that said, the 27-year-old has remained a reliable contributor as a reserve, scoring at least 20 points in four of his five appearances heading into the meeting with Indiana.

Bulls' Collin Sexton: Drops 18 points in start
Sexton racked up 18 points (8-14 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal across 26 minutes during Wednesday's 145-126 loss to Indiana.
Sexton continues to play a sizeable role for the Bulls, scoring at least 16 points for the sixth straight game. While Chicago's rotation doesn't always make a lot of sense, it appears as though Sexton is in good favor right now. In four appearances over the past week, he has been a top-45 fantasy player, averaging 21.5 points, 3.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 3.0 three-pointers. Josh Giddey (hamstring) was sidelined for Wednesday's contest.
