Suns' Jalen Green: Shut down for at least four weeks
Green will be re-evaluated in 4-to-6 weeks after he sustained a right hamstring strain in Saturday's 114-103 win over the Clippers, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
In just his second appearance of the season, Green aggravated the injury that caused him to miss the first eight contests of the 2025-26 campaign. Given the recurring nature of the injury, the Suns plan to take a more conservative approach with Green, who looks set to remain sidelined through at least mid-December. Both Grayson Allen and Dillon Brooks should be the beneficiaries of increased usage while Green is out, and Royce O'Neale, Ryan Dunn and Collin Gillespie are all candidates to see increased minutes over the next few weeks.

Green (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against New Orleans.
Green exited Saturday's win over the Clippers in the first quarter and was unable to return after aggravating a right hamstring injury. His next opportunity to play will come Wednesday against the Mavericks, but it's likely he'll miss extended time. With the 23-year-old shooting guard sidelined, Jordan Goodwin and Collin Gillespie are candidates for increased minutes.

Green (hamstring) won't return to Saturday's game against the Clippers, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. He posted two points (1-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt), a rebound and an assist across seven minutes before leaving the game.
This is far from a surprising development, as Green had to be helped off the court after the injury. The absence of the star guard means Grayson Allen and Jordan Goodwin, as well as potentially Collin Gillespie, could see more minutes in the backcourt next to Devin Booker. Further tests will likely be needed to determine whether Green will be available to face the Pelicans on Monday.

Suns' Jalen Green: Exits with hamstring injury
Green exited to the locker room after sustaining an apparent right hamstring injury in the first quarter of Saturday's game against the Clippers, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports.
Green had to be helped off the court by the training staff, which isn't an encouraging sign for his availability the rest of the way. If he's ultimately ruled out for the remainder of the game, the Suns will rest Sunday before facing the Pelicans on Monday. Green (hamstring) closed with 29 points (10-20 FG, 6-13 3Pt, 3-5 FT), three rebounds, three assists and two steals in 23 minutes during Thursday's 115-102 victory over the Clippers.
Green was on a minutes restriction for his season debut after missing Phoenix's first eight games due to a right hamstring strain, but that didn't prevent him from making his mark as a scorer. He was particularly impressive from beyond the arc, as he become the first player in franchise history to sink six triples in his Suns debut. Green also chipped in on the opposite end of the court, where he was one of three starters to collect two or more swipes.

Green is ready to make his first appearance of the season after putting a right hamstring injury behind him.
