NBA Cup bracket and schedule 2025: Where to watch Lakers vs. Spurs

The NBA Cup quarterfinals are here. Five teams remain in the battle to win the league's in-season tournament, and that number will be cut to four by the end of Wednesday night. The semifinals are set in the East as the Magic and Knicks were both victorious on Tuesday night. The Magic rallied after giving up the first 15 points to the Heat to come back and defeat their in-state rival. The Knicks, meanwhile, got 35 points from Jalen Brunson in a road win against the Raptors. The Magic and Knicks will meet up in the semis on Saturday. 

The West quarterfinals are going down Wednesday night. The Thunder improved to 25-1 with a blowout win over the Suns. The Lakers and Spurs are meeting up in Wednesday's nightcap.

The 24-1 Thunder are currently the favorites to win the 2025 NBA Cup (-225 at FanDuel). The Bucks won the competition last year, and the Lakers won the initial version in 2023.

The Heat, Magic, Knicks, Raptors, Suns, Thunder, Spurs and Lakers made the knockout stage by going 3-1 or better in group play. The Thunder, Lakers, Raptors and Magic all went unbeaten in the group stage. Our Sam Quinn has winners and losers of the group play stage.

The quarterfinal games are all being played in home markets of the higher seeds, but the semifinals on Saturday and the finals on Dec. 16 will be held in Las Vegas.
