  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Sixth homer of second half

Beck went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Saturday against the Giants. Beck delivered his 16th long ball of the season in the ninth inning, and his first since Sept. 6. After a strong first half, his power has evaporated in the final couple of months, as he entered Saturday's game having just a .118 ISO across 243 plate appearances in the second half. Beck has still put together a solid season, hitting .260 with 19 stolen bases across 147 games.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Out of Friday's lineup

Beck isn't in the lineup for Friday's game against the Angels, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports. The Rockies will give Beck a chance to clear his head Friday after he went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts in Thursday's contest. Mickey Moniak, Brenton Doyle and Tyler Freeman will start across the outfield while Beck sits.

Beck went 2-for-4 with one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Saturday's 11-3 loss to the Padres. Beck has logged five multi-hit efforts over 12 games in September. He's batting .318 (14-for-44) so far this month, and he's added seven RBI and three steals. The outfielder is up to a .271/.331/.435 slash line with 15 home runs, 17 thefts, 51 RBI and 60 runs scored through 135 contests as the Rockies' primary left fielder.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Launches homer in three-hit game

Beck went 3-for-5 with three-run home run and a second run scored in Saturday's 10-8 loss to the Padres. Beck has gone 10-for-31 (.323) over his last eight contests. His homer Saturday was his first since Aug. 3, giving him 15 long balls on the year, but he's still provided fairly consistent hitting from the heart of the order. Overall, Beck is batting .273 with a .776 OPS, 50 RBI, 57 runs scored, 15 stolen bases, 25 doubles and five triples across 128 games this season.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Receiving breather Sunday

Beck is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks. Beck will get his first day off of the second half, breaking a streak of 20 consecutive starts. Mickey Moniak will shift over from his usual spot in right field to cover left field in Beck's stead.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Wraps up strong homestand

Beck went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI on Wednesday against the Cardinals. Beck had a strong six-game homestand coming out of the All-Star break, racking up three multi-hit performances across six games. He also chipped in three extra-base hits (one home run), four runs scored and three RBI. Across 17 games in July, Beck has maintained a .328 average with six RBI, six runs scored and two stolen bases.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Stuffs stat sheet Friday

Beck went 3-for-5 with a home run, a triple, two RBI, two runs scored and a stolen base in Friday's 6-4 win over the Twins. The triple was Beck's fifth of the season, and he also belted his 11th homer of the year while falling a double short of hitting for the cycle. The 24-year-old has seen close to everyday reps as Colorado's primary left fielder in 2025, and he should continue to see a boost in fantasy appeal whenever he gets to work from hitter-friendly Coors Field. Beck is hitting just .218 and slugging .419 on the road, but he's batting .310 and slugging .494 with 19 extra-base hits, 20 RBI and 26 runs scored at home.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Getting rest Monday

Beck is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Red Sox. Mickey Moniak will slide over from right field to cover left field in place of Beck, who will take a seat for the first time since June 17. While starting in each of the Rockies' last 17 games, Beck slashed .278/.307/.444 with two home runs, two steals, nine RBI and nine runs.

Beck isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Atlanta, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports. After making nine consecutive starts and going 13-for-39 (.333) with four RBI and three runs scored in that span, Beck will receive a day off Saturday. Sam Hilliard will take his place in left field and bat leadoff.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Swipes eighth bag

Beck went 2-for-5 with an RBI and a stolen base Tuesday against the Marlins. Beck had struggled across the Rockies' road trip, going just 2-for-23 in the first seven games. He broke that cold stretch with a strong performance Tuesday and recorded his first RBI since May 17. Beck also managed his eighth stolen base of the year, four of which have come in his last 20 games.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Goes deep twice in victory

Beck went 3-for-5 with two home runs, a triple, a walk, four total runs and three total RBI in Saturday's 14-12 win against the Diamondbacks. Beck set the tone for an offense-dominated matchup when he opened the game with a 419-foot solo homer. The talented young outfielder added a two-run blast that broke an 11-11 tie in the seventh inning. Beck's multi-homer performance was his third of the season; he now has more games with two home runs (three) than games with one homer (two). Coming into Saturday, Beck had been in a power slump, belting just one long ball over his previous 19 contests after going deep four times on April 24 and 25.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Belts two solo homers Friday

Beck went 2-for-3 with two walks and two solo home runs in Friday's 8-7 loss to the Reds. Beck continued to mash the ball out of the park Friday. He now has five homers on the year, all of which have come over his last three games. He hasn't just been exploiting Coors Field, either -- the first three long balls came at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, which isn't known as a hitter's park. Beck's recent display of power could keep him in the Rockies' lineup even when Brenton Doyle (personal) returns.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Homers three times Thursday

Beck went 4-for-6 with three solo home runs in Thursday's doubleheader against the Royals. Beck tallied his first home run of the season in the first game of the doubleheader, a 419-foot blast off Cole Ragans, before adding another two long balls in the nightcap. It was quite a day for the 24-year-old outfielder, who's gone 6-for-16 in five games since he was recalled from Triple-A. Overall, Beck's slashing .250/.341/.556 with seven runs scored, seven RBI and three stolen bases across 41 plate appearances as he looks to carve out a role in Colorado's outfield.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Performs well in return to majors

Beck went 1-for-4 with a triple, three RBI and a run scored Saturday against the Nationals. Beck was recalled to provide some extra depth due to Brenton Doyle (quadriceps/personal) being away from the team. The former immediately drew a start with a lefty on the mound and delivered a three-RBI triple in the seventh inning. Beck is likely to serve in a small-side platoon role, though his playing time will be worth monitoring until Doyle returns.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Recalled by Colorado

The Rockies recalled Beck from Triple-A Albuquerque on Saturday. Beck made the Rockies' Opening Day roster, but he was sent down to Triple-A after going 3-for-20 with three stolen bases, one RBI and eight strikeouts to start the season. He'll rejoin the parent club and will provide outfield depth while Brenton Doyle (bereavement) is away from the team. Beck is starting in left field and batting eighth against the Nationals on Saturday.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Sent to Triple-A

The Rockies optioned Beck to Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday. Colorado isn't expected to announce a corresponding transaction until Tuesday, but prospect Zac Veen is likely to be called up from Albuquerque to replace Beck on the 26-man active roster ahead of the team's three-game series versus the Brewers. Beck secured a starting role coming out of spring training but had lost out on playing time to Mickey Moniak of late, cracking the lineup in just two of the Rockies' last five games. The 23-year-old will get the chance to play on an everyday basis in Albuquerque and will look to right the ship after slashing .150/.261/.150 with eight strikeouts over his 23 plate appearances for Colorado.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Roster spot in jeopardy

Beck is being pushed for a roster spot by Nick Martini, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports. Beck was a projected regular between right field and DH entering spring training. However, he's hitting just .212 with 13 strikeouts across 33 at-bats in Cactus League action. That could be enough to convince the team that Beck needs more seasoning in the minors, though Harding still projects that the young outfielder will make the team with a starting role to begin the regular season.

  • Rockies' Jordan Beck: Sitting against righty again

Beck is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers. The right-handed-hitting Beck will hit the bench for a second straight game, with both absences from the lineup coming against right-handed pitchers. With a lowly .458 OPS thus far in September, Beck may have lost hold of an everyday role and fallen into the short side of a platoon with Jake Cave.
