The Tigers have officially placed outfielder Delmon Young on the restricted list and recalled infielder Danny Worth to take his spot on the roster.
Young, 26, was arrested early Friday morning in New York on a charge of misdemeanor aggravated harassment.
Worth, 26, appeared in three games for the Tigers so far this season with a hit in five plate appearance. He was hitting .309/.387/.600 with three home runs in 13 games and 62 plate appearances at Triple-A Toledo.
