The Rays most recent themed road trip was Nerd outfits as the team donned bow ties for charity on a trip to Boston.

The Rays are the kings of the dress-up road trip -- so much so that we've become a little numb to their antics.
This one is nice, in part, because the team sent along its photos from team photographer Skip Milos and this one is for charity. As part of the team's nerd trip to Boston, the team wore bow ties from former NFL player Dhani Jones and his BowTie Cause. BowTie Cause donated $100 for each of the 30 members of the Rays' traveling party to wear bow ties, spreading the $3,000 to 18 different charities.
Joel Peralta's get-up may have been the best.
The other thing I noticed was that Joe Maddon kind of looks like Carl from Up.
