Blake Snell (5-4, 2.35 ERA), who went eight scoreless innings in Game 1 of the NLCS against the Brewers and gave up just one hit while fanning 10, gets the ball for the Dodgers in Game 1 of the World Series. The Dodgers are going for back-to-back championships, something they have never achieved in franchise history. The Blue Jays are making their first World Series appearance since 1993, and they'll send Trey Yesavage (1-0, 3.21 ERA) to the bump. Yesavage was awesome in his lone appearance against the Yankees with 5 1/3 scoreless innings in the ALDS but gave up seven runs in the 9 2/3 innings he pitched in the ALCS against the Mariners.
