Johnston (illness) won't play Tuesday versus the Avalanche.
Johnston will miss at least one game while under the weather. His status for Wednesday's rematch in Colorado has yet to be determined. The Stars will likely have to dress seven blueliners to cover Johnston's absence, with Kyle Capobianco set to come in Tuesday.
