Luukkonen will guard the road goal versus the Maple Leafs on Thursday.
Luukkonen will get the nod for the second game in a row after allowing three goals on 38 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Canadiens. The 27-year-old netminder has struggled at times this season, but Colten Ellis hasn't been consistent enough to steal much of Luukkonen's workload. The two will continue to handle the crease after Alex Lyon (upper body) had a setback in his recovery earlier this week.
