Dries was reassigned to AHL Grand Rapids on Thursday.
Dries has no points, a minus-3 rating, five shots, 19 hits and six blocks in six regular-season outings with Detroit in 2026-27. His return to the minors corresponds with Detroit taking J.T. Compher (undisclosed) off injured reserve.
