Bernard-Docker was recalled from AHL Grand Rapids on Friday.
Bernard-Docker spent the start of the regular season on injured reserve due to an upper-body injury, and he didn't appear in any games with the NHL club after being activated. He was sent down in mid-October but will rejoin the Red Wings after Axel Sandin-Pellikka was assigned to Grand Rapids on Friday. Bernard-Docker has been held scoreless with four PIM and a plus-1 rating across three AHL appearances to begin the regular season.
