Tarasov will start Tuesday's road game against Seattle, Michael Whitaker of The Hockey News reports.
Tarasov will draw his third start in the Red Wings' last five games. He's been sharp across his last two outings, going 1-0-1 with a 0.48 GAA and .979 save percentage during that time. He made a relief appearance at home against the Kraken on Oct. 9 and allowed a goal on nine shots after entering the matchup in the second period.
