Garand will patrol the home crease against Vancouver on Sunday, Peter Baugh of The Athletic reports.
In two appearances this season, Garand has posted a 1-1-0 record while allowing only one goal on 34 shots. With Igor Shesterkin (lower body) and Joonas Korpisalo (lower body) unavailable, the 24-year-old Garand is poised to get a significant workload boost. Despite a 2-4-0 start to the 2026-27 campaign, Vancouver has scored 22 goals in six games.
