Koivunen scored for the first time since Opening Night, securing the win at 3:44 of the extra session. The 23-year-old winger is still working on consistency in the NHL despite receiving an eight-year contract extension in August. He's logged five points, 11 shots on net, six PIM and a plus-5 rating over 10 appearances this season, primarily in a middle-six role.
