McDavid scored a shorthanded goal on three shots and added three assists (two on the power play) in Thursday's 5-4 loss to the Ducks.
This was McDavid's fifth game of at least four points already this season. The 29-year-old superstar's point streak is up to 17 games, with 10 goals and 34 assists in the season-opening surge. There really aren't enough superlatives for what he's done in 2026-27 -- fantasy managers who took him first overall must feel like they won the jackpot.
