Mintyukov (lower body) was put on injured reserve Thursday.
Mintyukov last played Tuesday against the Islanders, so this move might be retroactive to that date. Travis Mitchell was summoned from AHL San Diego in a corresponding move. Mintyukov had two assists, two PIM, five shots, one hit and 16 blocks in nine appearances before sustaining the injury. Nick Jensen might play regularly during Mintyukov's absence.
