Hughes scored a goal on two shots and added an assist in Thursday's 5-4 overtime win over the Blues.
Hughes has three goals and three assists over his last five games. The defenseman is logging massive minutes -- he's been above 25 minutes in consecutive contests and five times in 16 outings this season. He's up to six goals, four helpers, 39 shots on net, eight blocked shots and a plus-8 rating on the year. If the extra ice time holds up, this could be a breakout year for the 23-year-old.
