Bedard scored a goal, dished an assist, added two hits and blocked two shots in Saturday's 9-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Bedard saw a seven-game point streak snapped by the Lightning on Thursday. He bounced back Saturday, but the rest of his teammates made little impact in one of the most lopsided contests of the season. Bedard has been excellent as usual so far with five goals, nine helpers, 36 shots on net, 11 hits, 10 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 12 outings in a top-line role.
