Griffen (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Griffen suffered the concussion Thursday in a car accident and will be sidelined for at least one game. The 33-year-old won't be able to return to the field until he clears the concussion protocols.
