Palmer (ankle) wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report and is expected to suit up Sunday against Oakland.
With experienced linebackers Avery Williamson and Wesley Woodyard ahead of him in the depth chart, not many defensive snaps should be expected for Palmer. However, he should continue to contribute on special teams in 2017.
