The Jaguars signed Jones to the practice squad Monday.
The Jaguars released Jones during Sunday's cut-down day, but the 28-year-old did enough to receive an invitation to the practice squad. The veteran wide receiver participated in all three preseason contests, catching his sole target for five yards.
