Palmer was waived by the Cardinals on Tuesday, Darren Urban of the team's official website reports.
Palmer signed a reserve/future contract with Arizona in January, reeling in three catches for 18 yards over two preseason contests with the team. The wide receiver spent the 2024 season with the Cardinals' practice squad, and he may do the same in 2025.
