Hooks signed a contract with the Steelers on Monday.

Hooks, an undrafted player out of Ole Miss entering his third season in the league, participated in the Steelers' training camp last summer but didn't make it past the final roster cuts. He likely won't compete for anything more than a depth role along the defensive line.
