Jones has been removed as the Steelers' primary return man, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.
Jones entered Sunday's game against the Colts as both the Steelers' kick returner and punt returner, but he lost both jobs after fumbling twice in the contest. With Jones demoted, Antonio Brown will be the Steelers' punt returner, and Markus Wheaton will handle kickoff returns.
