The Colts waived Shrader on Sunday.

Shrader signed with the Colts in May as an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame. He was brought in to compete against Matt Gay for the starting kicking job, and Shrader finished the preseason making both of his field-goal attempts and all four of his extra-point tries. Shrader should catch onto another team's practice squad if he clear waivers.
