McGee (groin) was placed on the Redskins' Physically Unable to Perform list Wednesday.
McGee is still working his way back to full strength after undergoing groin surgery this offseason. Once he returns to the field, the veteran nose tackle will have to battle for reps in a crowded defensive-line room.
