Moton (elbow) is active for Sunday's game against the Jets, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Moton registered an LP-LP-FP practice log this past week, and he has been cleared to return from a one-game absence due to an elbow injury. The veteran offensive lineman will return to his starting role at right tackle.
