The Packers released Barclay (ankle) off injured reserve Tuesday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Barclay was placed on the IR after injuring his ankle during the preseason. The 28-year-old has been with the Packers since entering the league in 2012, but will now be free to find a roster spot elsewhere if healthy enough to generate interest.
