The Packers signed Winn to the active roster Saturday.
The Packers will be without starting defensive end Tyler Lancaster for Sunday's game versus the Texans, and Montravius Adams (foot) is listed as questionable. Kingsley Keke is expected to start in Lancaster's place regardless of Adams' condition, and Winn will add depth on the defensive front either way.
