Young (hamstring) reached an injury settlement with Arizona and was waived Thursday, per NFL Communications.
Young was placed on injured reserve last week after clearing waivers. Now that he's been waived with a settlement, he's free to play in 2018, assuming he is claimed or signs with another team as a free agent and is able to make a roster. He'll be competing for a depth secondary and special teams role.
