Shead (knee) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Packers, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.
Shead will remain sidelined as he nurses a knee injury sustained during last week's loss to the Vikings. Marcus Cooper will slot in as the top backup to starting left cornerback Darius Slay versus Green Bay.
