Thomas (knee) returned to the field in the second quarter of Thursday's contest against the Texans, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Thomas was briefly sidelined with a knee injury that he suffered in the first half against Houston, but he was able to quickly return. The 29-year-old is back in his role as a depth option on New York's defensive line.
