Owusu (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Raiders, NJ.com reports.
Owusu is yet to clear the NFL's concussion protocol, thus making him ineligible to play in Sunday's contest. With rookie Devin Smith (ankle) also slated to be sidelined, Jeremy Kerley should see an increased workload against Oakland.
