Fulton announced his retirement Friday, Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York reports.

Fulton was able to start all 16 games for the Texans last season, so this retirement comes as a bit of a surprise. It is interesting to note that Fulton is the fourth Giants player to retire this summer, causing some wonder if players aren't buying into coach Joe Judge's old-school ways.
