Dimukeje agreed to a deal with the Giants on Tuesday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
The deal is pending a physical. Dimukeje spent the previous four seasons in Arizona and was primarily utilized on special teams. The 25-year-old will likely handle a similar role in New York and provide needed depth to a defense that struggled this past season.
