Johnson (toe) was limited in Thursday's practice, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
After logging a DNP on Wednesday, Johnson's return to a limited practice puts him on track to play Sunday against the Chargers. Johnson has played 83 percent of the Giants' offensive snaps through three games but has little to show for it in the box score, producing a 6-49-0 receiving line on 10 targets.
