Ebner (quadriceps) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Falcons, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official website reports.
Ebner didn't practice Wednesday and then was a limited participant Thursday and Friday, so it's no surprise to see him inactive for Week 3. The 32-year-old safety has only contributed on special teams this season, so his absence shouldn't have an effect on the Giants' defensive rotations.
